How Is The Payment?
We prefer full payment. However a deposit is allowed and balance immediately your successful before we hand over to you.
Is The Visa 100 Percent Guaranteed?
NO, however Zidora has a very high success rate and the highest in the industry,
however the embassy has the final say and visa is given at the
discretion of the embassy.

If My Visa Is REFUSED Will I Get A REFUND?
NO- All payments are non-refunded and non-transferable. We have a high
success rate and in a case of visa denial, we do our best to ascertain cause
of denial, and advise on best course of reapplication for success. Note that
we do not charge extra for reapplications, we reapply for you at no extra
cost until successful save for visa fee which is paid directly to the embassy.

How Long Does A Visa Process Take?
Usually a stipulated / tentative time is given which is subject to extenuating circumstances and also at the discretion of the embassy.
– For some countries, the processing time is subject to interview
date and interview dates are subject to availability. However we are only responsible for our own processing time leaving the rest at the discretion of the embassy.
